The hinge on my Dell laptop broke so I removed the LCD and connected it to an external mobile monitor.

I was using a DELL Inspiron laptop, but the hinge broke after about six months.

When I searched the Internet, I found many cases of the same problem as mine.

It was difficult to use in this state, so I decided to remove the LCD part.

There were screws on the back of the computer, so I removed them all and opened the lid.

I removed the metal fittings on the hinge and cut the wires connected to the LCD monitor with scissors.
